Magical Panamá By Magical Colombia SAS is committed to Sustainable Tourism and compliance with national laws for the protection of the environment and biodiversity. We comply with Law 41 of 1998 on the Environment, which establishes principles for the conservation of natural resources and sustainable environmental management. We also comply with Law 22 of 2006, which establishes measures for the protection and conservation of wild flora and fauna, and Law 19 of 2009, which regulates the management and conservation of the country’s water resources.
In addition, we follow Law 20 of 2002 on the protection of Cultural Heritage, which seeks to guarantee the conservation and sustainable management of the country’s cultural assets. We also work under Law 23 of 2013, which creates the National System of Protected Areas, promoting the protection of natural areas and the biodiversity of Panama.
